San Jose has a long racist history of police violence that is too often overlooked and ignored. We refuse to turn a blind eye to this injustice. Our commitment is to hold the police department accountable for their actions and demand justice for their victims.

We stand in unwavering solidarity with those affected by police violence and their families. As long as we continue to normalize and justify police brutality, the cycle of violence will persist. In order to break the pattern, we must understand the history.
